"After two year of persistent arguing, and endless damage coursed from leaking pipes, the Eco Providers finally agreed to do something about the central heating they installed in my concrete floor, they cut of the water to the pipes under the floor and ran new pipes up my walls instead, completely ignoring the pipes now left laying in dug out concrete trenches, and very close to the surface making the floor uneven, the foundations have been left completely damaged, this company needs to be fined and banned from doing anything to people's homes. In response to the message left by the Eco Providers, if you would like to leave a way of contracting you through a email, mobile number or WhatsApp, i would happily upload a video of the damage that has been left by the company, failing that, feel free to watch the video on Tik Toc, as this will stay there until accountability is taken up by your company. As advised by the Eco Providers, to contact them about the issues I have with the insulation of my central heating, I called the office to be told the person I needed to speak to was not available, surprise surprise, I've heard that before over and over again with the old management, as usual there was no call back, obviously the new management has the same ethics as the old one, they just need to make customer belive they care, but nothing gets done."

"We have had our air source heat pump installed for a year now and have just had the first year service The heating engineer told us that this was one of the best installations he had seen and often came across 'shockers' in his line of work There was very little to clear from the filter. So excellent service and hats off to the installation team. Our Insulation team were phenomenal too and our bedroom has been so warm over the winter, rarely going below 16 degrees even on very cold nights and with a house built in 1830s!"

"Ongoing problems with both solar and heating pump installations, solar installation was a terrible experience from start to finish with extensive damage done to my roof , faults on panel and optimisers, incorrect size cables used, panels needed removing and cables redone, lack of comunication with management at all times. We still have problems the were reported in Nov 2025, with Eco passing the book at every convenience. No support from Napit at all. Absolute jokers !! The heating system is worse, after numerous visits from the service engineers, this system is still not fit for purpose, if outside temp drops bellow 5 deg the system is constantly freezing up and we can't get above 17 deg in the house, they don't have a clue as to what the problem is , altering settings and saying see how it goes ? My wife has a serious heart condition and the fact we have to use supplementary heating in winter is ridiculous!! We are now going through the governing bodies to get this regrettable installation sorted. Use this company at your peril, the most unprofessional bunch of people I have ever come across."
