Etos in winkelcentrum plein 40/45 is an example of human shamelessness. I walked in there to ask for a hand sanitiser refill ( it’s one of the products they sell, from Haan, instructions on the back say it’s refillable). The creature working there was deep in her phone and clearly disturbed by my question and initially said they are not refillable. I went back and showed her the refill instructions and her answer was ‘ ok. Well I guess then it is refillable. I’m just a human, I don’t know everything’ and went back deep into her phone. I did mention she could be a bit nicer and all hell broke lose as she answered ‘ you could be nicer too’ and WAVED ME OUT OF THE SHOP SAYING BYE-BYE. An absolute disgrace that this is allowed in any establishment, these creatures should be retrained in human interaction and social behaviour. Shame on whoever is managing this shop.

3 orders online, the 3 went wrong. First, i ordered 1+1 gratis, the second one was not delivered and the shop would not help. Second delivery, order was just made, and you cannot change any details. Ridiculous. Third order, i wanted to change the size of the diapers that are too small and of course unopened and the rules says it is not possible as it was online…whaaat

Unfortunately, there is no cancellation feature. Sometimes I place an order and remember that I want it at another address or I want to make some changes to it, but I do not find the cancellation feature.

Placed a (large) order through their website and the order was sent to my old address, even though I updated the address on the website. Customer service (nickname Thalisha) was horrible in this case, basically saying "go figure it out yourself". Very disappointing and unhelpful.

I would recommend buying from Etos. The only downfall is, when placing the order before 22:00 it says next day delivery but the courier service doesn't deliver the next day and moves it to the following day.

When placing an order I did not get asked to confirm my address and when it was paid for I saw it was being sent to an old address and the customer service are unable to change the address or cancel the order.

Etos are selling almost expires product. Be careful if you want purchase check the medicine should fulfill the expire criteria/ duration.

On stormy Thursday afternoon on November 2, 2023 I came to etos with my 2 years baby and with my big groceries from Jumbo. I wanted to buy vitamines for my families in Etos Escamplaan, Den Haag. After I was done paying in the self service kassa. I put the vitamines in my baby buggy and grab my groceries bag. When I grabbed one of my groceries bag I noticed the floor was dirty because of the eggs in one of my bag is broken accidently. I informed one of etos employee that the floor is dirty and I was sorry that the floor is dirty because of my eggs. I did not expect what she react. She act like I did that on purpose. With her bitchy look said to me; you have to clean it by yourself because you make the floor dirty. I told her couple of time. It was accident! The other etos employee ask her to let her do that. But the bitchy etos employee said, let her (me) do it alone. She gave me tissue and check all around other floor make sure i clean all the floor that has eggs on. I grab the tissue and i said to her; no worries i will responsible for this and clean the floor. I am not gonna run from my responsible. Before i finish my words she cut my words and said yes because people come often with the dogs and pee inside but they left without clean it. (To make it clear i never come with dogs as i don't have dogs). Cleaning up to do my responsibility is not a big deal. But the way how she said to me to clean the floor with her bitchy attitude is very rude and disrespectful!! I hope she learns how to respect other in good attitude and manners.

I wish I could rate less than this. Worst customer service ever, on the phone and in the store. I haven't even picked up my order yet and canceled it. The woman there was already moody and angry before I approached her, here we go in the NL all the customer friendly service, doesn't speak Dutch well also not English. Anyone reading this, go shop elsewhere, like Kruidvat, they're much more professional and don't want to eat you alive, cuz that's the BARE minimum u get for stepping in a store, right?

De verpakking van Angeles Skin Lifting Day Cream is één grote aanfluiting. De doos meet 80x80x67 mm, erin zit een glazen pot met een diameter van 75 mm met daarin een klein potje (met de inhoud) van 42 mm. Dit is pure verspilling en consumentenmisleiding.

I ordered more than a month ago, and I still didn’t receive my orders which I paid around €140. When I call them they said they started an investigation with PostNL and it will take a week or so, it’s been more than a month and they don’t give my money back. I didn’t receive anything and paid more than €140 . It’s a scam. Their customer service is very bad. One month and no money back! I called them today and waited nearly 20 minutes only to be disconnected from the call. Do not buy anything from Etos.com

The store in Overtoom is NEVER open at 9am. Might as well take their opening times off google and their door because they always say “opening later”. Hire more staff or change your opening times. You’re making people wait in the cold or have to come back when we all have jobs we need to get to. Such a good variety or products and close to home but I always have to go to a different store because they always open late.

I’m very disappointed that I did trust Etos to give my baby their milk, one day to another there is a problem in manufacturing the milk, It is sold out, and even can’t let us as client know what is going on, if they will have it again or finish with the product!!!! This is a big fault, baby’s can’t change fooding like that. Babies food is serious. You loose a client and my trust.

Etos has the worst online shopping service. They do not respect the orders, they send you someone else's order and they do not take responsibility for their mistake, they just tell you "we will refund your money from 7 to 14 days, we do not generate proof of this and we cannot make the correct shipment either, you have to generate a new purchase” Basically they make you waste money, time and energy on something that will never happen. They don't care about the status of the customer, they don't care about taking care of the customer. I hope that the person who received my purchase enjoys it, because what came to me was totally different from what I ordered and of poor quality. I will never buy in your stores again.

Made an order on 27th July, received an email on 1st August from PostNL saying that the order was delivered to my next door neighbour, but no one lives in that house, so that was impossible. I made a complaint on PostNL, they investigate and told me to contact Etos, I did. They told me that they were investigate next to PostNL. A days after informed me that they were refund me. I contact them on 15th August, 22nd August and 29th August and again today. Until today, 14th September I'm waiting for the refund.

ordered medicine and important stuff. Promise to deliver 1day after I ordered but they move the delivery date 1 more day. when the delivery date come, I received a notification from post nl that our address is wrong and the package will not be delivered. with all trouble, we didn't get the package and had to wait 14 days to get a refund.
