"When they don't have new ideas for design, the argentinian manager make a job offer to do a design test to all the candidates. Later when he collects all the noobies designs, he says to all that he will contact with the winner of the test. Instead of this, he will never call to anybody and you see your design publicated on the next newspaper and still waiting forever... This is not a fair play"
