"So far (8 months in) and I can tell you this is absolutely a roll of the dice and if you don't get a Yahtzee of 6s every time you lose your whole bet. When you're not doing good, which is 90% of the time, they want you to pay gobs of money to buy new programs even though the programs you're in are supposed to work better (when you bought them, but not now). This is absolutely terrible stewardship. Maybe it'll get better. Maybe. But for me I've stopped most of my trading and using much smaller amounts because you seem to lose or break even 95% of the time. I got to the point where I was just praying to break even but lost it all!! I have no idea where they get the results they advertise or how they justify those bald faced lies. But those returns don't exist on their actual trades. You'd be better off taking the opposite sides of their trades so far. They always have an excuse. The trade war, the real war. They are just gambling with your portfolio, with your future."

"I had a not so good experience with a representative from FFR Trading. I wrote a 1-star review about that experience. Since then I have been completely blown away by the customer service of this company. I was contacted by the CEO who was genuinely interested in addressing the situation that led to the review. Having had a direct, detailed, and cordial conversation with him I reconsidered and am amending my review. The FFR Trading representative who I first spoke with, nor I, were having a good day. The CEO took the time to contact me and explain how he had addressed the matter with his staff. He was very open about their written process and training program regarding customer service and admitted that my previous review had prompted him to impress on his staff the importance of following their process. Following the conversation I can only say that my previous review reflected that the representative and I were not communicating well. One incident of 'misalignment' does not warrant a 1-star review and therefore I have made the change reflected in this comment."
