The ticket buying process was simple enough but it is a pain to then have to download another app to my phone just to be able to ultimately access the ticket. An app that will no doubt need me to register 'an account' etc. and which I probably won't use again. Why can't I just have a bar code that goes in my Apple Wallet?

I was pleased I got tickets but the early ticket code didn't work first time. The page thought I was robot and kicked me out of page so I had to go through whole process twice very stressful.

When I reached the top of the queue from my Gigs and Tours account on my PC, I was directed to the ticketing website. But no tickets were on pre-sale - I just got a message that they would be on sale the following day. I had not been directed to the pre-sale website. So I turned to my phone and clicked the link on the Gigs and Tours WhatsApp message I had received - and joined the queue again, no doubt now after several thousand other people. When I reached the top of the queue I was again redirected, this time to the right website where tickets were on pre-sale. But every time I tried to get two tickets in a particular area, I got a message saying there were not enough tickets available. So then I turned to another area and tried again, and got the same message but noticed that the original two tickets (that were not available) were now in my shopping cart. Then I got a message saying I couldn't buy tickets from different areas in the same transaction. Then I tried again in a different area, again unsuccessfully, and noticed I now had four tickets in my cart. So I cleared out the cart and tried again in the most expensive area of the venue and successfully purchased two tickets. But it was extremely stressful so, no, it was not as good experience. UPDATE 10th Oct - thanks to Gigs & Tours for the response to my review explaining it was a very busy sale - much appreciated!!
