"Ordering is so simple despite being detailed with heights and quantity required per linear meter, but, the quantity is exaggerated in my opinion, the plants were not the same height, minor point, but they arrived in good condition. Delivery charges are too high and there is no way to track the order. I was told the goods had been despatched but had no idea when or how they would be delivered. If I wasn’t retired, where would you have left the pallet? Delivery driver was friendly and polite."

However the pallet should have had a sign saying 'Keep Upright' as the deliverer placed them down on their side meaning that some plants had left their pots. "What a superb company Hedge Nursery is. Their customer service is 2nd to none. I ordered a number of Beech hedging plants approx 1 year ago, and they have settled in nicely and look great, all except one which hasn't rooted. (to be expected sometimes) I contacted their customer service team to try and order a replacement plant to fill the gap, to be told they were sending me a replacement free of charge Inc the carriage. (I'd fully expected to have to purchase this plant as it's no fault the plant hadn't settled) No hassle, no fuss, the plant landed with me and is now in the ground. I would defo recommend Hedge Nursery and wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Proper, rare, good old fashioned customer service."
