"The communication with Kim J was excellent. I appreciate the care that was taken to check that my project was organised safely. My only criticism is that the process for the replacement of a defunct heating system was far too lengthy and could be more streamlined - for example the request for a hot works permit could have been made much earlier in the process. Luckily it is not winter. And luckily Kim worked hard to make sure that I received the letter licence just in time to meet the provisional booking with my heating engineer. If I had waited until the letter licence was issued before obtaining a booking with the heating engineer then it might have meant surviving without a heating system for several months which does not really seem reasonable to me."
