"Ordered items for a holiday. FRASERS should give serious thought to who they use for their deliveries, as this isn’t my first problem. I was promised delivery of my items by Evri on four separate days only to be told they actually didn’t know where the parcel was and to go back to FRASERS. I couldn’t get a replacement as some of the items are now out of stock, so will have to hope I can find replacements locally in very limited time. Nobody cares and it’s just here’s your money back and off you trot; not even a simply gesture of free delivery if you purchase from us again for your inconvenience."
