The payment has come out of my account twice and i have received 2 booking confirmations. I have tried to email to cancel one of the orders and not had one single response. I have now received two delivery dates from Hermes which i only want one for the 2 shirts, i do not want 4 shirts!. There is no customer service number to call and no response to 3 emails i have sent!"
