My company has been working with Job Logic software for over a year now, and from start to finish all staff have been helpful and quick with dealing with any questions or queries that we had, the online support tool ensures our queries are dealt with quickly. Muniba has been our main point of contact and she has been wonderful with assisting with our queries quickly and efficiently - we do have a lot of questions/queries, Thank you Muniba.
Just spent an hour with our account manager Farhan going through add on applications and currently unused features, mainly from Joblogic Marketplace. Farhan is very knowledgeable and helpful. A lot of the items mentioned look like they will result in time saving, efficiency gains and improved safety for our engineers.
The customer support and back up has been excellent. Farhan our client manager has been very helpful and nothing is too much trouble, he has gone to great length to help us understand the various different aspects.
A big thank you to the Joblogic onboarding team, especially Muhammad Bilal Najam, for making our setup process seamless. Bilal was professional, knowledgeable, and consistently supportive—ensuring we stayed on track with our onboarding milestones and that each department received the training they needed. Our journey with Joblogic is just beginning, but once fully configured to our needs, we’re confident it will greatly enhance our day-to-day operations.
Job Logic - Always open to listen and update to bring new facilities. Can sometimes be a little tricky but work arounds can be found for most things. Support is good. They really are there day and night and are happy to listen talk and help with problems. Areeb Ahmed is my personal Star who will respond quickly and really try to solve any problem. Never dismissive and kept coming back again and again to help me. Thank you guys. JL may need a few tweaks every now and again but Areeb and the support team are always on the ball for me. 5 stars!
Our previous job management software let us down badly so we had to move fast to get something else up and running. The team at JOb Logic normally train everyone and then go live but we had to do things backwards. Husnian Bin Naeem was a great help getting us set up and showing us the best way to get where we needed in a quick and efficient manner. Asim Girach looked after our training modules and was very clear with his instruction. He was able to give us some great insight into how best we could use Job Logic. I would be happy to recommend Job Logic. Especially impressed with the form deisgner functions and the customisations available within the software.
Over complicated and the admin side was a nightmare
I would like to personally thank Raheel for the exceptional customer service that I received. The gent listened to the issues that we were experiencing and then addressed it with his team. The young lady Sana was extreemly helpfull and attentive. In fact I am sure she wasn't able to sleep for a while (same as ourselves) until we got everything sorted.

So far we have had to train our-self's on how to use the system, we asked for a form to be built and they tried to charge us for it, we have asked for pricing for a number of add on's and no reply, the system needs a lot of improvements, and with a lot of people we was promised it can do this and that (what we asked for) and it doesn't
Me and my colleague had a very nice and informative meeting with one of the employees Ailya Batool. She was very helpful with the queries that we had and was able to offer and solutions to our questions.
We installed Joblogic in May 2023 and were already a sizeable business, managing our field engineers work on spreadsheet, outlook and whatsapp. It is only because of the solution we chose that we have been able to manage the triple figure growth of the business over the past 2+ years. Although the software is by no means tailored to our needs and although we actually operate in quite a different way than the many planning tools would want us to, we have found that Joblogic has offered us a far greater control than every before on our thousands of job we have open at any given time. All that without us changing the way we wish to operate! The software truly is there to support us. As our business and our customers' needs continue to change it is reassuring to know that the Joblogic software keeps developing as well. Which for us means that we are confident that Joblogic will be able to support our current and future needs. Does that mean Joblogic ticks absolutely every box for us? No, nor would we expect it from a non bespoke software solution. Because of the extend of the sofware and the wide range of parameters and functionality within it, I would say though (especially to those who are reading the negative reviews) that you will need to have a very clear idea of how you want your business to be supported by the software before you sign up. And you will need to be prepared to put in the energy to fully understand how the software works. My biggest tip for anyone considering Joblogic as their software solution is to get in touch with current users and even visit one or two to really understand the user experience.

Having moved from a competitor to JL, nothing but good things to say about the system - and support is great, for example Naz on their support desk helped today with a really minot issue with a form that was holding me back, all sorted quickly and easily in under an hour, would have been waiting days on our old system :)
Muhammad Haseeb Ali was outstanding during every interaction. As a customer I was made to feel cared for and valued, Haseeb's well spoken, knowledgeable and patient making him a credit to Job Logic.

The product is NOT user friendly and not able to be tailored to your needs. Months in and we still cannot use it and they do not listen. Tread Very Carefully if Considering.
We have been completely miss sold the software and told "You'll be paying for it anyway so you might as well use it". Their attitude is completely unacceptable even when it's clear before the software is even setup that is not suitable for the client. Once you've signed thats it they are taking your money regardless of if the software is remotely what they proposed it to be. The software cannot even manage basic sites! We never managed to get past that on setup which is wild. Then their attitude is theres no cancellation even though we've never got started. AVOID!
