The pricing model has changed multiple times, and every update seems to come with a new fee or a feature being moved behind a higher-tier plan. What used to be included is now an expensive add-on. Performance with larger product catalogs is a constant headache — syncing takes forever and the interface freezes regularly. For a business-critical tool, this is simply not acceptable. I've been patient, but I'm now actively looking for alternatives. Would not recommend to anyone running a serious e-commerce operation."
"JTL is the best ERP software for eCommerce in Germany. It has all the modules: Wawi, warehouse management, shop, connectors, etc. And everything is interconnected and easy to use. And the price is more than fair. We did a lot of searching for the best solution for our eCommerce business, and this is by far the best solution for the best price. We are very satisfied."
