"I telephoned them beforhand to find out how comprehensive the Monitoring Programme was but no one called me back. I decided to just buy the compliance monitoring template for £25 it's just a basic excel template and some notes. I'm not that bothered about the money but could have knocked up what i paid for in about 3 minutes. The "compliance monitoring template" is not fit for purpose."

"From a compliance point of view they provided exactly what I wanted, which was a well-developed set of templates covering all aspects of AML responsibilities. The alternative was to start with a blank page and limited knowledge, which is a bad starting point. I did notice a few inconsistencies in language in the templates, all easily-solved issues like inconsistent use of singular/plural to describe "the Company" (as in, "the Company uses" and also more correctly "the Company use"), use of "the HMRC", as well as some spelling mistakes (it's "remuneration" not "renumeration") and waffly text in places. Overall well worth the price though."
