Good product quality, fast delivery. The belt and bobbin sander is an excellent workshop addition and as this has a belt and various sizes of bobbins all neatly stored with the machine it’s so versatile. Also the dust extraction works very well unlike other machines we’ve had. A great buy from a good British company.

Happy with the bench,however the instruction booklet could be a bit clearer, eg, how do you put drawer in after fitting runners ,ihad to remove dowels to do this, or did I read wrong on fitting
I tried to get the blade I needed locally but the best I could do was a special order at twice the price so I felt lucky to find lumberjack tools
Having just purchased the entry level bench drill I couldn’t be happier. Buying direct meant I got it at the lowest possible price and delivery was next day. The drill itself is a fantastic piece of equipment for such a low price, well built and has already been put to work cutting 30mm holes in plywood and working some mild steel, without any issues I might add. The overall experience has been fantastic.
Purchased a Cast Iron Table saw as a little Christmas treat and after setting it up initially happy with it. As I have a jobsite saw I was not using the new machine much and really had no more than two hours on it. Earlier this year when using the saw which had never moved from where it was set up I heard some noises like rattling metal and then realised the dust extractor had sucked up what turned out to be washers from the threaded rod that raises the blade up and down. After contacting Lumberjack and showing them they offered to send out some replacement ones even though I have no idea about repairing machines and told them I expected it to be done at the factory under warranty I was forced to pay £30 to have it collected and after the process of striping it back down and getting it ready to collect yesterday, The pallet company turned up without the means of collecting it, no pallet, no wrap, no straps so I had to wait in again today for them to turn up but as my saw was inside the house safe and out of the weather and it is far too heavy to lift by myself they refused to collect it. Now I am told I have to get the machine back to them myself. So £1200 spent has gained me a very expensive repair getting someone to come out and fix it on site or find a way to get it back to them which will cost me either way. No offer to have someone come and repair it, no offer to cover the cost of me getting it done just a very expensive tool I cannot use or afford to have repaired right now. I am contacting trading standards and my bank about it and would like to warn anyone looking to buy a large machine from this company do not expect to have it repaired in warranty without cost. I really am shocked at how little regard they have for such an expensive purchase. Anyone can sell tools but how you deal with problems is the true mark of any company. Update. I have given them a chance to collect the saw and now this is the 3rd full day of my time wasted the upshot is that the pallet company they use cannot collect items of this weight as they cannot strap it down to their vans. Currently I have a 120Kg saw that is stuck on my drive and nobody to help me get it back in the house, I have been quoted well over £200 to have someone else repair the saw which I cannot afford. I really hoped that Lumberjack would of wanted this resolved, but right now they are not willing to help me, either it was this collection or send me parts which I do not actually know what is missing or damaged and I still have to pay someone else to fit the parts etc. so sadly it looks like the only way is the Consumer rights act of 2015 and the protection that offers. Nobody answers the phone. I really regret buying this machine and urge anyone who is considering a large machine from this company what could happen.

Easy ordering, fast delivery
Bought a 22" scroll saw Tuesday it arrived Thursday all good. I couldn't get to use it until Saturday to find underneath where the blades sit loose. Obviously missing parts. Rang Monday morning several times as no answer. I was asked to go to WhatsApp where we agreed the issue. I was asked if I had removed anything. Tuesday I messaged and rang asking what's happening to be told 2 nuts and bolts would be sent. I advised I think it needs a metal sleeve too. Wednesday nothing. Thursday I rang again. They would look into it. 2-3 days delivery. No call back so Thursday afternoon I rang again to be told there was a courier problem and it would be resent 24 hour delivery. I messaged and repeated my concerns about the metal sleeve and no communication from them was poor. Friday the parts arrived including the sleeve. I had to fit and everything seems ok. I'm still waiting for phone calls about the service and communication. I'm still waiting. I will never buy from them again. Every time I rang it was several attempts. They are also Toolsave
