"Worst store ever. Ordered here motherboard and box was fully broken. My motherboard looks like its used 10 TIMES MINIMUM."
"Ordered a TV from them, everything went well at first, we checked it together before I took it home, the staff was very nice, issue is we didn't think nor did the staff I guess cause I very much doubt any malice, to take off the small pieces of cardboard taped to the screen protection foil on it, beneath one of them there was a bunch of dead pixels which due to location in the corner near the edge I only noticed later that night when in a dark room white screen highlighted the issue to me. I called and submitted a repair/replacement request immediately on the next working day. The response to which was that due to a certain norm the tv is ok if less than some pixels are broken. Thing is, far more pixels were broken, which tells me nobody even took a look at it and tried to blow me off. After complaining of the treatment and requesting that they give me the name/number of the specific norm they were referring to as no such norm existed for miniLED TV's just the OLED ones. I was promptly moved to another person who told me to order a courier and they will take care of it, then 2 days later on a Friday I get an e-mail that they had made, a mistake, the message wasn't meant for me (which explains why it's was adressed to a woman) and that I am not to give the TV to the courier. So I didn't, I was told to wait for a contact with the repair service as it's a brand new purchase. I waited 3 days (5 if you count the weekend) and received no contact from anyone, calling back I was then pointed to a repair shop, talking with the man, I was told, they were only informed of the repair the day before, on a Tuesday, it is Wednesday. The TV has been sitting in a box in my house for good few days and I was told i'm likely to wait more. I deeply regret not simply returing it rather than engaging in the repair process. I will not be purchasing from Media Expert ever again, and I will make sure to steer away anyone I know from it as well."

"I ordered a Philco induction hob from Media Expert together with their paid installation service. The technician didn't plug the hob into the socket meant for this appliance — he just connected it to the nearest available outlet, which now makes it impossible to push the kitchen countertop back into place. The proper socket is in a less convenient spot, and that's exactly why I ordered the installation — so a specialist would handle it. The hob also didn't fit the cutout in the countertop, and the technician did nothing about it. Media Expert's website doesn't list the dimensions of the recessed lower part of the hob, so I had no way to check at purchase whether it would actually fit. That was another reason I ordered the installation — so the technician could enlarge the cutout if needed. He took the packaging with him but left the rest of the debris on the floor. Avoid the paid installation. It's not what they advertise."

It was password protected so I could not do anything but return it where it came from. ME store did not want to take my return but helped me filling out the return form. I called them multiple times, they had no clue, all they could do is "email" I heard that same riddle about 50x it eventually took my almost 7 weeks to get back my money, constantly talking about how they need to email some other department.. "I bought a Prebuilt Gaming set up from them and it took 7 days to arrive. Upon arrival I tried it but it was faulty and not working. I called them and they said they’ll send someone 2 days later to pick it up and send it to the service station for 7 days. I waited for the person just to get an email from him saying that I wasn’t home when I was waiting at home all day and when I called him, he said “I was at the end of my shift snd got lazy”. So I returned the pc at the nearest branch and they said it’ll take 30 days to be fixed at service station. So I paid in full amount the pc price and received a faulty one. Instead of immediately replacing it, they want to take 30 days to give me back a fixed faulty pc. I just asked for a refund from the store and the refund process was fast and I got my money back next day. Do not buy anything here over 2000PLN."

"I purchased TV and insurance for mechanical damage. It was following value of TV and for two years was 150Euro. Kid was accidentally playing and hit the TV with toy. WAGAS insurance company stated that they are covering only "external force" damage and "accidental sudden" damage. Complained twice and same result. Where to go? Mediaexpert or WAGAS? Feeling like someone is trying to insult your intelligence. Absolutely scammed. Only to report them to Office of Competition and Consumer Protection."

"Do not buy from this store for several reason. I ordered several items for over 11000 PLN. Firstly, the order took more tham three weeks to arrive. Secondly, two out of 6 items were damaged somehow, a hair dryer does not function after 5 minutes of usage (Shark), and an Odessey G7 screen turns off automatically (maybe damaged graphic card or remote control receptor since some of the keys from the remote are pushing out randomly). And last, the installements with 0% interest is fake, after placing the order and forward to payment an 8,..% interest was charged for me. To be honest the name has to be Media Begginer not Expert."
