"Unfortunately it is not possible to assign less than 1, but they would not deserve more. A couple of weeks ago, we ordered online a washing machine. The reason to pay 49 euro for a delivery we did not really need, was that, according to their website, the delivery at home would have been quicker. In the confirmation email it was stated that another email would follow with the possibility to choose the shipping day (planned, according to the website ,maximum 4 days after the order). No email was ever received. So on the day of the supposed end term for the delivery, I sent an email. The customer service replied saying that unfortunately our washing machine was still in the storage, but an email would follow with more details. After a week (so by that time it was almost 2 weeks without a washing machine at home), I sent another email. Only then I was told that the product I had ordered was no longer available. They refunded me in full adding a 10% discount only on online orders, which after the experience I couldn´t trust anymore. I therefore asked to be contacted to receive information on which products were ACTUALLY available. The employee contacted me, saying that indeed in another closer shop there were 2 available washing machine of the same model I wanted, but that I could only go physically and could neither call the shop or order online (so additionally the 10% discount turned out to be useless). I went to the shop and, surprise, there was no washing machine at all. The only available were those costing 400 euros more than the one I originally ordered. They answer very quickly, giving the impression of being supportive and efficient, but the truth is that they subscribe contract with the customers without even checking if the products they are selling you are really available, they do not contact you to let you know you should look for another product when not available and they do not even spend the time to control the information they give you on the phone."

"We had a great experience. We are new to Vienna. We purchased a refrigerator, Freezer, Washer, Dryer, Toaster Oven, Microwave and a vaccuum cleaner. The staff was extremely helpful in finding the right brands and models to fit our budget and needs. They organized the delivery and installation which was great. When there was a problem (the freezer door had a dent and we wanted to upgrade the frame for the washer dryer ), they went out of their way to make it work. They did it all with helpful attitude and treated us the way every customer wants--with respect!"

"I purchased a PlayStation 5 from the MediaMarkt Wien Mitte The Mall store on 9 December 2025 between 15:30 and 15:45. At the time of purchase, I was informed that the product was under warranty, and I additionally purchased a 5‑year insurance / extended protection plan, for which I was charged 120 EUR, and which was presented to me as being valid internationally. Despite this, I have never received the invoice for the PlayStation 5, nor the insurance / policy documents for the 5‑year protection plan by email. The payment receipt issued in the store was used for the Duty Free (Tax Free) procedure, so I currently have no other documentation regarding my purchase. After the purchase, I also learned that this 5‑year insurance is only valid in the country of purchase and that a physical invoice is required in order to use it, which makes the missing invoice an even more serious issue. Although I have been waiting and trying to reach a solution for about five months, I have not received any response. Given that the 5‑year insurance / extended protection plan was sold to me with incorrect information about its international validity, I request a refund of the 120 EUR I paid for this service, and I also request that a copy of the invoice for my PlayStation 5 be issued and sent to me without further delay. For reference, I am also sharing the Duty Free / Tax Free form that was issued at the time of purchase."
