I went for ear wax removal, which was so easy to book online. The staff were lovely, really friendly and put me at ease. The procedure started punctually, only took 2 minutes, and was completely painless. I'd fully recommend Mistrys to anyone.
Fantastic service to rival a GP. My 7-year-old who is frightened of the Doctors said “that is the most relaxing man, I would pay to listen to him!” Both of our symptoms were swiftly diagnosed and effective treatments prescribed. Brilliant pharmacists in a very professional setting. Highly recommend.
Placed online order and received confirmation of payment. However nothing received after 2 weeks and all emails enquiring on order status ignored.

Amazing service - I had an emergency prescription sent to Mistrys as the prescribing doctor thought that it stayed open till 6pm. I arrived to discover that they closed at 5:30, but there was a light in the back and the incredibly kind pharmacist opened up for me and sorted me out - an unbelievable star. I cannot explain how utterly grateful I am for this simple act of kindness.
Great friendly service for my son’s Covid jab.
Last week their customer service has told me that my order has not been dispatched as they never got my prescription so I have cancelled it and their employee confirmed cancellation of the order. This week I have received the product under a completely different order number, an order that has not been made by me but this company refuses to issue a refund. This is called fraud. I will now be requesting charge back and contacting small claims court about this situation.
