AVOID Do not waste your time ....or money. Terrible, maybe even fraudulent. 48 hr order placed on the 26th June...., by the 7th July, still no sign of order. Tracking said it was still in transit, since the 1st July. Contacted News Parfums...Roxane answered, basically said it HAD been delivered, when the tracking still said it was in transit. After 16 emails I was told that an investigation was now in place as my parcel had been damaged and that's why it was not delivered...but, yes I would have to wait another 3 weeks before they would consider a refund. I reminded them that I had a contract with News Parfums not some delivery company but they are still insisting they can hold onto my money and are refusing a refund. Leaving me with no choice than to contest the payment with my card provider .... disgusting and infringement of my rights under the Online Consumer Protection Act.....looking at their other reviews, it would seem a common theme yo blame the courier company for non delivery, in reality they should not be allowed to trade online....BEWARE You stated that the problem is caused by the carrier, that is something between you and the carrier...IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. They can take 3 years or 3 weeks to respond after your request for an 'investigation'...it makes no difference to me, you have an obligation to refund me the order total, an obligation that is laid down by law. I placed an order with you, not Mondial Relay...you are continuing to hold my money illegally. And this seems to be a common theme within your reviews....you should not be allowed to continue trading. UPDATE 11/08/2025 Was told to wait 20 days on the 18th July while they 'investigate' with their courier service before they refund my money. No correspondence, no contact, NO MONEY RETURNED...THIS IS OUTRIGHT FRAUD.....DO NOT USE, THEY SHOULD NOT ALLOWED TO TRADE

I am super happy with my first order. The items were received within in a week, very well packed with free samples included. They gave me credit to use for next buying. The shipping was a bit expensive to Malta but still it was worth it. I will surely buy again in future time. Highly recommended!! 🙂🙂

Don't order from this site if your in Uk as prices are sold at 0% vat at checkout so even if your order is under The £135 threshold you will incur Import duty and Fees from the Customs and Courier I got stung £36 on at £119 order . They should be taking Vat upfront for orders under £135 And should be registered .

I was looking for a bottle of Dior Homme Intense and heard it can be acquired here at a better rate than the usual places. Price was good, payment was easy, and I think it got to me on the East Coast in about a week. Shipping is obviously a little more, so in the future I will probably wait until I have a few bottles to mitigate the cost. Nothing bad to say at all!

I received damaged products and had to deal with payment system to rectify the issue because they gave me a voucher that didn't fully work with the shipping so I had to get my money back to have enough money to reorder the defective item to fix the problem since shipping is so far and expensive. Update: I received my money back and I'm replacing my products with the company as I know mistakes can happen and once I get my order replaced and everything is ok I will update this review and turn it to a fully positive 5 star successful review that the issue was fully resolved and the company is in good standing with me. Update 7/25/2023: I got replacement products sent and they were not like the original products. I went to Sephora and tested perfume and know what it smells like. I got an inferior product and smelled completely of alcohol. Be aware while they may send you good products at first which is why I continued shopping with them that they may eventually start sending you fakes/watered down products full of alcohol and shipping can be a hassle at times and products be damaged, leaking as well. I am disappointed in this company because after years of good service they did this to me. I won't be shopping with them ever again and I'm getting my money back. The products came damaged again leaking too. It never use to be this way..they use to send authentic products before that were good all the time. I can't say that anymore and won't be shopping with them anymore unless they give me the service they use to. What did they think I wouldn't check into something like this especially dealing with expensive perfumes and not know my products? Hence the reason I went to Sephora to make sure I knew what I was getting and I also own the products and know what they smell like. I feel sorry for anyone else they did this too and they got away with it. Please check your products and go to Sephora before you order and make sure you are getting originals and not watered down alcohol smelling versions. If you get good products that's one thing, but if a company starts sending bad products and you know it warn others please. There are customers here who speak in French warning of such things. Just use google translate and you can see the bad reviews if you select 3, 2 & 1 stars all at the same time to see the bad reviews. I'm very disappointed with this company. If they were to fix my order and give me good original products not watered down with alcohol I would be more than happy to update this review, but I can't in good standing do so until they fix all this. I can give a company another chance to fix this, but if they don't fix it then the review stands.

News-Parfums customer service is horrible !! The U.S. delivery carrier must of mis-delivered my package as I did not receive it. Attempted to contact News-Parfums through their online customer service portal that doesn’t work as it doesn’t confirm messages were sent ! Also, paid my wireless carrier for international calling & called News-Parfums twice of which there were no-one that spoke English & both times I was hung up on !! It appears that they focus on getting international dollars, but customer service for those international customers is not a priority ! 01/23/2023 Update. Received a form from the post office last week stating that a package was available for pick after 01/17/23. Turns out it was the package that was shipped from News-Parfums with everything included & the package in tact of which I was grateful to see. Just for the record, this experience with News-Parfums is not a usual one for me as if it had been it’s safe to say that would have not been a repeat customer as I have been. Short of that, my initial review was not at all a mistaken one. The issue with their website customer service portal did have that issue at that particular time & I’m not sure if it has been resolved. Also, I did have that not so good experience when I called internationally to the store twice & was hung on twice because nobody spoke English. It wasn’t until I contacted the finance company that the payment was processed through & sent News-Parfums an direct email,that I had received a response. The correspondence requested that I do several steps to begin the process so that the shipping company can begin investigating about what happened to the package & attempting to track said package. I did not receive any other contact after submitting all that was asked of me until receiving the form from the U.S. Postal Service. My normal past experiences with News-Parfums are good & this one ended good. I will continue to do business with them as they have hard to find items & very good prices. Thank-You News-Parfums for your part in this ending well, I do appreciate it.
