Excellent easy to use
Run away from this company.!! I ordered 2 fryers and finally they managed to deliver my order after 2 and half weeks which supposed to be between 3-5 working days. One of the fryers missing which i paid £800 Can’t reach them at all. Just had a email which says they cant to anything and they blocked my email cant text them again. 😡😡😡😡

I placed my order over two weeks ago and still haven’t received it.Order number 135781. I’ve sent several emails and called many times no one answers, and when they do, the call is immediately cut off. It’s very disappointing and unprofessional. Be cautious if you plan to order from them communication and after-sales service are almost impossible to reach.

Scam company. False advertising at best. Fraudulent at worst. Chat they direct you to is a bot. Number they tell you to call is not answered ever. They give catering equipment companies a bad name. If they do reply to your email they don’t answer your questions and just give vague references. Ask for tracking and they tell you your order shows as shipped. Ask for guidance on when to expect your order after it’s already been a week longer than they tell you at time of purchase and they ignore the question. Will be reporting to trading standards board as this company isn’t even close to compliant with the consumer rights act 2015.
Ordered a extraction fan on 17th September, still had nothing delivered. They do not pickup the phone, they do not answer emails. Think its a scam page. Have passed details onto my banks fraud team to try recoup the money
Great website, easy to use and navigate. Found the product I was looking for easily and all of the details were clear.
Buyer beware. Ordered a home office advertised as new. Arrived used damaged and collected from a 3rd party selling off the units. Not as advertised. Not delivered as advertised. Numerous emails ignored. Unable to contact any department by phone. Now getting on to Trading Standards for unfair trading practices.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a friday on 17th September. Told was despatched, 10 days ago. Not arrived. They won't answer the telephone or reply to emails. They have taken the money. No answer at all on any platform.

This company is a scam. Ordered online, nothing ever arrived. No customer services. No response by email. Had to log a refund via my credit card company.
Was asked to do a trustpilot review so I could get£5 off. Haven't got it or the item no information of when it's coming. Have emailed no response shocking company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
