"My Ally card turned into Ollo. Loved Ally but hate Ollo. Have never missed a payment on Ally or Ollo, or any other account on my credit, no major changes to my credit and yet they randomly cut my amount of credit in half. Which did have a negative impact on my credit. I didn’t want Ollo but ended up with it. Paying it off and canceling it all together. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Would give 0 out of 5 if it were an option"

"Ollo Credit Card (former ally) owned by Merrick bank instructed me to miss a payment in order to get approved for a payment plan. I followed their instructions of a minimum payment before report date with assurance and promises I would not be reported and they reported me anyway. Despite pulling the tapes and verifying my claims Ollo refuses to help. Customer service is worthless."
