Loved this course, Samuel is very likable and very knowledgeable. The training is in short easy to understand and absorb videos and you also get little tasks to practice along the way. Can't wait for my 2 day intensive course I'm doing with him at the weekend. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn fundamentals of property investing.
I’ve just finished Samuel Leeds’ Foundations of Property Investing course and honestly, it’s completely changed how I look at money and property. I went in thinking you needed loads of cash to get started, but Samuel showed us so many creative ways to make money with little or no upfront costs — things like Rent-to-Service Accommodation, Lease Options, Deal Sourcing and BRRR. This course was insightful on a number of levels, looking at, raising finances, connecting and networking with people, investors and contracts, how to go about joint venturing well, to name a few. What made this course extra valuable was how easy it is to follow and grasp. Strategies, reasons and purposes were explained in ways that can be easily understood. Included in the course is clear call to action, explaining the benefits and steps to take. Pros and cons of joint venturing, with examples were also shared, which is very helpful to know. A good part of the course also focused on the importance of knowing your value and investing in yourself. Samuel points out that, to joint venture with anyone, you have to know your value; know what you bring to the table, know what you want and look to serve the needs of the landlord and your investor and all involved. This course is a good start to learning and understanding various ways on how to raise finances and doing joint venturing. Along with it comes a work book that is clearly laid out. A great resource to keep referring back to when you need it. Highly recommend it for those who are starting in property investment or for those who are experienced, but have found it difficult and want to learn how to do joint venturing well.
Samuel Leeds’ HMO course is motivating and beginner-friendly, with lots of structure and success stories, but many past students warn about heavy upselling, patchy support, and refund issues. It’s a decent starting point if you’re new to property or want confidence, though the HMO content mostly covers basics and doesn’t go deep into ongoing management or compliance. Worth considering if you want guidance and don’t mind the sales element—but experienced investors may find it overpriced.
Samuel’s Foundations Of Property Investing course is exactly what I needed to start put together what I know in real estate as an interior architect wanting to leverage wealth. It’s super compact and easy to grasp — I actually watched most of it at 1.5x speed and still didn’t miss a thing! Everything is explained clearly without the fluff, making it perfect for busy people to fit in too. I’m already feeling confident and inspired to move on to Rent2Rent, SA, HMO, and BRRR strategies next. Honestly, I’m eating his words literally — everything Samuel says is practical and actionable. Yes you could start learning by yourself online but you are not learning from mistakes and actions. Can’t wait to keep learning from him!
