"I signed up for a free trial. Before the free trial ended I decided to cancel. A screen popped up offering me three months half off if I were to not cancel, so I decided to go with it. I then checked my account and made sure it said I was on a monthly plan. A week later when the trial ended, they charge me for a full year! Even though my account said I was on a monthly plan. I contacted customer service and they said the discounted months that were offered to me were actually going to be for next year. This does not make sense whatsoever considering I made sure my plan was a monthly plan and not an annual one. I’ve been back-and-forth with customer service to cancel and have not had any luck. Their customer service is horrendous! I would avoid this company and go with a different AI service for charting! Their whole promise with the free trial is a complete scam."

"Ngl, I use the citation generator religiously for my ongoing education, requiring me to write in APA format, so citations galore. This site helps to organize my citations alphabetically, reducing my already burned out brain from unnecessary divergence. I like that it can reformat to various fonts and size, providing narrative citation-though needs a bit of tweaking. And the manual input template is also nice when the generator can't generate the citation. I've noticed that AI information/searches and citations are quite misleading, so be aware of citing without vetting. Gotta check out the sites/articles/meta-analysis, allocate the DOIs and use this generator. Best to reduce errors."
