"I received my delivery as an empty box, with the product missing. Shag Tool refused to help, claiming they “can’t confirm it was the original box” and pointing to the FedEx weight record. This is extremely frustrating — if the seller and FedEx both deny responsibility, who is supposed to protect the customer I paid for a product, not an empty package. I expected proper support, investigation, and resolution, not blame-shifting. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability."
"I paid additional money for select 2–3 day UPS shipping through ShagTools ($$$). The package arrived late, and only the shipper can request a UPS refund. Despite providing proof of the delays, ShagTools refused to request the refund or reimburse the higher shipping cost provided by their company. Their response was to cite UPS’s “uncontrollable events” policy, even though that policy applies to UPS refunds — not to the merchant’s responsibility to deliver the service the customer paid for. I ultimately had to pursue a credit card dispute to recover the shipping charges. Buyers should be aware of how ShagTools handles issues when shipments don’t arrive on time."

"OMG stay away from this company. I ordered proknee knee pads from them late December. They showed “in stock” and ready to ship. Got a note a few days later they were on back order and would be in touch when they got more in stock. Heard nothing for weeks. I reached out middle of January and they said they were in their warehouse and would go out to me next day. The next day I heard nothing. When I did get in touch with them again they said, no they weren’t in the warehouse but still on the truck from the manufacturer but would get them tomorrow. Needless to say, nothing the next day. I finally cancelled the order and bought somewhere else. Save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else to start."
