"I ordered a tiki mug as a gift for friends and paid through PayPal. Almost 3 weeks later, I had not received a shipping notification, nor the item, so I reached out to them via their 'Contact Us' page. No reply. I then sent an email. No reply. I called the contact number, which went to voicemail, and left a message. I have still not heard back from them. I think it's quite telling that I cannot find a single review on this 'company' who, it appears are also operating as Little Grass Shack. Luckily I got a refund from PayPal. Steer well clear!"
