What a racket! Worst customer support ever. You try to cancel an order and are told you must contact the auto-ship company, then call another number to get a refund. I told them I wouldn’t, since this subscription was supposed to be canceled months ago. I told the company I would refuse delivery and dispute the charge through my credit card company. Oh my! Then I was told if I did that, they would have to put a BLOCK on my account. Ha-ha. Very funny. Avoid shop.com.

Absolutely the worst website. Completely inaccurate. All it is is a hey look at some other merchants. The does not tell you where, when or when the shipment will receive. It's always again totally inaccurate. If you use shop.com and our Merchant I will not purchase any goods from you.

After purchasing an item through Shop.com, there were 8 fraudulent purchases/charges made on my account. It has been a nightmare dealing with the bank etc to recoup my $$. I would not trust this site.

If you can get around not using this site for purchased products or purchasing from vendors on this site you're better off. The vendors on this site are hit and miss. Most never have communication. You can have a product you ordered sitting in limbo and you email, call, etc. to make sure all is well or what is going on in general and they don't email you back, they don't ever return a call, etc. You name it. Then your package just shows up out of nowhere one day. If you have packages you have to be around to receive them and you use the tracking to give you an idea (if you get as far as getting a tracking number) so you're available that day forget about it. The site and vendors there aren't for you. Go somewhere else. But that's on you I've already went through nonsense on this site if you choose to go ahead. Good luck!!

This is the worst company to do business with. I ordered products from them over a month ago and they still have not shipped them. They already charged my card. Normally your card is not charged until the order has shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM PERIOD!

First I got my order and it was only part of my order and the part I got was used so then the order got sent out again and I did not get my full order again but I got new part this time I am still waiting on my regulator but never buy anything from them again

These scammers have literally taken the life of my mother away. We are hemorrhaging thousands a month to this bottomless pit. They literally brainwash the people the rope in with false promises of money and a sense of community for the lonely and desperate. If you are reading this thinking about doing business with these people think long and hard. do your research online and do not be quick to trust people who are currently wrapped up in it. If I can stop even one person from ending up like my mother and our broken family it would mean the world to me.

Run for your life! This is a fraudulent site that i got stuck with when i tried to purchase a Heybike product. The company products are highly rated, so i still dont understand how they are affiliated with shop.com? I was shopping at heybike website, putting various items in my basket to verify the pricing, and that discounts and promos were being applied correctly. At some point shop.com popped up and advised me to put in a valid credit card, which i did, as i was serious about making a purchase. As soon as i saved the credit card, shop.com instantly turned the items in my basket into an order and charged my card. I contacted customer "support", which was different from customer "service", to cancel the false order, and the scam continued. "Support" is actually shop.com operatives, not Heybike. In fact, the false order was sneakily shipped to me a week later, and my card was never credited. I declined the delivery and amex blocked the transaction. There are more nasty details and lies, so i feel lucky to have escaped as i did.

I had 3 headphones auto ordered forced onto an expired card I did not authorize even 1 This was horrible I immediately notified shop.com and heavys.com within 5 minutes (a US company hiding behind Chinese warehouse address) they rushed shipped 2 pairs to my door 2 days from China 🇨🇳 (not possible) I spent 2 weeks with Regina got a return label and wasted 1.5 hrs on USPS ;but as good Samaritan I boxed them and returned them. The arrived wrapped in shabby gray plastic. never received allegedly ordered 3rd item to my address(maybe they cancel maybe lost) have to check cc the shipping from a fake Chinese address disconcerting I researched A US citizen started this and HQ was in NYC not far from home. This is a corrupt company. Someone stole my email and cell phone number from the shop.com website. First they tried to steal by using my debit cards. I reported fraud. I got the bank to refund. But since then this person has used numerous fraudulent cards that belong to others in the amount of thousands of dollars. All under my email and cell number. Shop refused to close the account. Shop.com says they are not responsible for it. Don’t let anything you buy go through Shop.com. You will risk years of criminal misery
