At the end of a 3 year PCP contract, they came to inspect my car. I offered all my service history documents to the inspector and told him to take them and he refused saying that its not requried. I have full 3 year service history at stellantis dealers. I then receieved a fine of £400 for not providing service history documents. I explained to their customer services that I offered the documents on the pick up day and they were not taken. I sent in copies of the service history to stellantis and I have not heard back for 4 months. Have called them 4 times to try to get my £400 back. Being punished for no fault of my own. I kept the car fully serviced at Stellantis dealerships, they can check the service history in 5 mins. Ive been on hold for almost an hour now to chase this and will give up soon. Will never buy a stellantis car again and will never deal with stellantis finance. They should change their name to " Stealantis" .

One 🌟 is way too much for this company!! Nearly two years in with a 23 plate, had nothing but issues, now need a new engine!!! If I want to reject it, it has to be in working order and I have to pay over £3k to end finance agreement. Never dealt with more cold hearted things, as human they are not. How they are allowed to continue is beyond me. AVOID ANYTHING TO DO WITH STELLANTIS.

So after a protracted exchange finally voluntarily terminated my car contract with Stellantis after the hybrid Peugeot kept breaking down. So they said I owed the £300 for bits and pieces with the car. Received a note to say do not cancel direct debit and money will be taken. Did what I was told, left direct debit in place, now received a note saying I have defaulted on my payment. This company is a nightmare to work with, I did exactly what they asked and it’s their mistake.

I I Financed a car from Aston Vauxhall Melton Mowbray in October 2024 and had numerous problems with this car and as a disabled person found it difficult to drive this car with a faulty tide and Aston Vauxhall of Melton Mowbray refused to repair this car rectify the faults even though it was under warranty and extended warranty . So I contacted Stellantis Finance who provided the finance on this vehicle for me regarding the way I’ve been treated by this Garage Stellantis Finance was recommended by Aston Vauxhall , I’ve reported this complaint to lent his finance since October 2024 hoping to get some help and backing from the company who provided the Finance but I found that every call I make has been ignored. I’ve made complaints and they have been ignored and asked for DSAR and they have also been ignored. I think these companies must be connected as they are both a total waste of time and don’t give a toss about the Consumer and the money they have spent and the way they are being ripped off do not get Finance through this company they are totally useless and don’t want to know.

Worst company ever , very unsympathetic my partner has a terminal illness , and they won’t listen or help ,going to recover a car that is needed for hospital vists, won’t listen or agree to any payment plan that’s been offered .

I ended my contract several weeks ago ZX1373784 and had an outstanding balance to pay and made arrangements to pay in instalments. We got charges as the car was taken to be inspected and was charged £410.00 but this was removed and I was sent confirmation that the charge has been removed. I now have had two default letters and have phoned on numerous occasions but still not resolved, I spoke to someone called Izzy 07/03/25 and she has advised that I will not get a black mark on my credit report. I have now asked for compensation for the inconvenience and stress caused by a company that do not work or communicate with each other and provide incorrect information.
