Whilst there telephone operators are actually helpful i just think that Stoves should do the decent thing and replace a cooker that was barely a month old INSTEAD of repairing it. I mean who wants to spend over £1100 to have their new cooker repaired? It was faulty from the get go the day it was actually installed. The technicians had problems getting the burners to stay lit. Which means all thats going to happen for the foreseeable future is continuous repairs. I had a trusty Zanussi dual fuel cooker for over 18years the only problem I had with it was the catch on the oven door had broken. If I knew what I knew now I should have just got it fixed instead of purchasing a new one
The oven's great until something goes wrong. Stoves "Fixed-Price Repair" is a complete scam. At time of writing the T&C's for this service is unavailable at the given link. Stoves site Pacifica%20Labour%20and%20Parts%20Terms%20and%20Conditions.pdf Booked the repair, gave all the details, serial, photos, error code the whole nine yards. Engineer turns up does exactly the same thing as me. Says we need a part should hear by the end of the day when we can come back, you need a new power board as there's no power on the induction hob. Fast forward three weeks, am being told there's no longer hotplate parts and I've been escalated to a customer care team. I've searched myself for the parts and both as showing as orderable from the stoves spare parts site. Avoid Pacifica at all costs, I've done some research and this is a common practice scam.

Let’s put it in perspective I experienced excellent service from Jason who answered my call and he very quickly confirmed my warranty is still valid and then arranged for an engineer date to visit. I have had the engineers text confirming the appointment and hope that any work/parts are carried out/delivered with the same efficiency! Thanks Jason!
I needed to cancel my Britannia repair and spoke to Jason. He was professional and friendly and efficient! He was able to identify my repair booking quickly and requested a refund and then called me back to confirm all actions had been taken. An all round great experience - I would definitely use this company again :)

My call to the repairs line was answered quickly and handled in a progressional and friendly way by Norman. Repair booked for a few days time under warranty - everything crossed that it gets fixed as quickly as it was booked.
