A bunch of people online talked about StubHub tickets not working or having issues with them. We had absolutely no issues with our tickets and had a fantastic time! Tickets were delivered when promised, worked perfectly, and allowed us to see one of our favorite bands! Yeah they may have been a little overpriced, but when “official” sellers have sold out, it’s a great option to make sure you don’t miss out!
I was able to attend the event without any issues, but on the day of the event they didn’t send me the tickets until I contacted them. They kindly helped me by providing an alternative.
The whole process from purchasing the tickets to sitting in our seats was excellent. Thank you!
This was our first time in Philadelphia and first time at the Met. Seeing Einaudi was a dream come true. The venue was very nice. My only suggestion is that you work with cab companies to be available outside the venue when it lets out. we couldn’t find a cab anywhere so we ended up walking a mile and a half back to our hotel. I realize we could’ve called one, but it would be nice if they were just waiting outside.

This parking lot was not far from the stadium and walking to the arena was not bad. The hardest time we had were the directions from the GPS.

The lot was unsecured on a corner far away from the concert. I sat there for 5 minutes debating if I trusted my truck there and decided I didn't. Found a garage across the street from the Q and spent another 20 for parking

One of the worst companies I've dealt with. Bought tickets for $1k to see the Knicks tonight, I was sent tickets for a game on the wrong day. After spending hours on live chat and the phone asking for a refund, they sneakily sent me other tickets in worse seats 4 minutes before the game started to try and get around their FanProtect policy. Obviously, I didn't go to the game as I didn't have a ticket. Awful company and the support is terrible. Never using again.
