Bought an item and paid for 2 day delivery. Called after 3 days and the item hadn't even been sent. Currently I have no confidence that the item will arrive.

I ordered a product. Tanner accepted my payment. They did not say that the product was out of stock. I waited for the delivery and it did not arrive. It is now too late for me to receive the item - I needed it within 2/3 weeks. Since then I have asked for a refund and they have not replied to any of my emails. It is impossible to phone them either. Terrible service. They have my money. I do not have the product I ordered. Very bad service.

The worst, absolutely bad company. the shoes are not leather as advertised. Please steer away from this company. BAD BAD!!!!!!

Ordered a part on quick delivery but took 11 days to deliver. Their level of communication does not even warrant 1 star, basically they have absolutely no interest in customer service or customer support; it is a complete waste of time trying to get any answer from them by any means. I will certainly look to buy from someone else in future, perhaps lack of business will cause them to re-think their attitude but I very much doubt it.

Still waiting for a suckle plate ordered on 31st March on 2-3 day delivery at £5.99. Told 8 days later it would be dispatched for delivery the next day-still nothing. Cow and calf still inside while everyone else has gone out in the sunshine on the grass. Won't use again!

Took order and my money, however nothing forthcoming on dispatch or deliver. Called 8 times with no answer. Eventually a response to an email. Goods arriving 9 days after order, not good enough during lambing. More staff needed. Very disappointing.

The order took 4 weeks to receive my 2 pairs of boots. The products I receive is nothing like the website photos. It is horribly cheap material, it is oversized from the US standard chart size and they never disclosed the country of origin. It is made in China when they pretend to be a hand craft boot made by a family business in Florida. This is misleading advertising and they need to be banned from operating in the US. I reported them to BBB and blocked the credit card charge. They said they will issue a RMA but they are giving me a hard time. I have reached out to the DA of Florida where they have an office and I am filing a complaint to ban them to protect American consumers . These scammers must be stopped.

Very bad! One of the worst companies going! Take the money but don't bother sending items!!! Ordered on the 28th Feb still never received. They then claimed to have posted it on the 12th March! So where has the order been all that time? And still never arrived. Luckily paid by PAYPAL .

My experience was really good. Ordered some boots, easy checkout and really quick delivery. I had no issues at all so really can't complain

I got moved over from sj tools who seem to be a subsidiary of Tanner trading I bought a £150 king Di*k (the site won't let me put the name) 1 inch ratchet. The picture on the website was incorrect and what arrived was the power bar type with detachable head, the indent that holds the head on was broken. I was asked to send pictures I did, and a rather lengthy and frustrating process of emails took place with a lady called Lisa Rowe, who claimed that this was her first return with this company and she didn't know the process I felt I was being given the run around but I kept clam and polite, this was spun out over the week from Wednesday across the weekend into the next week with multiple emails terminating the next Wednesday with her saying the company wanted to pick up the item for analysis and would send someone for it tomorrow Thursday, the email was vague with no info about any courier I received no advice about whether they wanted the head handle or all of it, I emailed Lisa she appeared to be getting terse about the level of detail I was asking for. I waited all day Thursday no one came, I happened to be in Friday no one and Saturday no one. Either way I am left with a expensive door stop. This review will now no doubt receive an mildly abusive response including many excuses, in the "yeah but no but" style we have seen on other reviews, from our esteemed owner Mr Sam Tanner. Ps I have had to amend some details which may have been useful information to customers due to Sam Tanner complaining about the observations under the guise of them being DEFAMATORY comments. In the meantime I received a email from Lisa Rowe using lots of language designed to gaslight me into seeing things there way, here is a transcript of the last paragraph. "very disappointed to see the review in such a harsh way, I can look into this further now to find out why it hadn't been raised, but I would really appreciate you removing it". I think this tells you everything you need to know about this company. Tanner trading are fly by nights. Avoid!

Ordered a Christmas present that was supposed to arrive in plenty of time. Has delivery notification that it had been delivered....but it had been delivered to somewhere in Cumbria....I'm in Herefordshire! Awful service, when I contacted them they said it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas now. Had to ask for a refund to get something else at the last minute. To add insult a full refund was not issued and I had to contact them again to get it changed. Wouldn't use again.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, payment taken from bank, delivery by tracking promised but still no word, they do not pick up the phone, as yet no response to email. Raising a dispute with the bank. Avoid.

Placed a order over 2 weeks ago and had no response I e-mailed and was told they should he getting a delivery on Thursday or Friday I e-mailed today Tuesday and said the customer service was non existent so I asked for a refund would definitely not recommend them

Terrible service, terrible communication. I ordered boots on 5th July, it's now 23rd September and I still haven't received my order. Every week they have told me it will be next weeks. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Ordered an item from tanner trading 3 weeks ago as I needed it quickly and it stated delivery 1-3 working days. My money was taken but nothing delivered. Emailed several times and eventually got a reply from Lisa. She said she would sort it but 3 weeks later still no delivery. So emailed again for refund. Have given 2 stars as the refund came back quickly. Won’t be ordering from them again
