"Ive already left a phew reviews but had to leave one more. I had ordered a ram harness for my ram and a phew over bits said was In stock paid for 2-3 day delivery usally they deliver on time and usally have everything but this time they had everything except the harness and they said they will be dispatching at the end of the week but I required the harness sooner so when I emailed they were very helpfull I emailed for a refund for the harness and I got it straight away then they emailed me saying they can do a weekend delivery to get the harness to me when I needed and I agreed I got fully refund on delivery and the hole experience was amazing and they never dail to deliver highly recommend jever had a problem"

"⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend Tanner Trading based on my experience. I ordered a poultry transport cage after carefully reviewing the dimensions and photographs shown on the company's website. When the cage arrived, it quickly became apparent that the product supplied did not match the item advertised online. The dimensions and photographs on the website were incorrect and misleading. Comparing the website images with the cage supplied clearly showed that the product was not as advertised. The cage was also poorly packaged and arrived damaged. For an item costing around £100, I expected much better packaging and quality control. No assembly instructions were included, making the situation even more frustrating. I contacted Tanner Trading to explain the problem and provided evidence showing the discrepancies between the advertised product and the cage received. Instead of investigating the matter properly, my concerns were dismissed. I was told there was nothing wrong with the cage despite the damage and the differences between the website listing and the item supplied. Customer service was extremely disappointing. My phone calls were ignored, communication was poor, and my request for a replacement cage was refused. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, the company appeared more interested in denying that a problem existed. The entire experience left me with very little confidence in the company. Accurate product descriptions, proper packaging, and professional customer service are basic expectations when purchasing online. Unfortunately, Tanner Trading failed on all three counts in my case. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution and carefully check any product specifications before ordering."
