I’m sure many of you know that Denis runs the Golf In Turkey group on Facebook. He’s always going on about being an “open book” — but when someone asked “which agency are you using?” last week, I simply replied with the name of the company I booked through. His reaction? He blocked me from the group. Is that really what he means by being an “open book”? To me, it comes across as quite controlling and a bit manipulative, to be honest.

This is the second year of booking with Kaden and cannot recommend them enough, from the first enquiry to dropping us (16) back at the airport the service from the entire team was exceptional and on point. special mention must go to Kerim who chased round Antalya after I lost my range finder. I have used Kaden group many times for hotel & transfers in Turkey and its always been excellent. This time i booked the Cip fast track check in, which was absolutely seamless. I booked 2 weeks before departure and was sent a qr code to show at the cip check in desk, no problems, we were escorted through the private check in - passport and security checks and were sat in the lounge within 15 minutes, there are snacks and soft drinks along with tea and coffee and meals available, it has charging points and various lounges to sit in within the area. The whole booking was absolutely seamless and will be booking for my next trip. Thank you Yesim at Kaden for the whole booking process.

Just arrive back from golfing in Turkey booked through Kaden golf wow what a company fantastic, excellant advice before booking and follow up emails before departing UK. Picked up from antalya Airport in 5 star style drinks provided for the onward journey. Greeted by kaden golf rep on arrival we had Joe who was very informative and gave us all the paper work required for our upcoming golf games and pick up times. The hotel recommended by Kaden was perfect for our needs. The golf was great all in all a fantastic experience and a big thank you to all at Kaden golf. We'll be booking for next year soon

This was our first golf trip to Turkey which we booked through Kaden Golf. The communication before we left was very good. The moment we landed in Turkey to the day we left, the service was exceptional. We were met at the airport and transferred to the hotel in a lovely mini bus with beers waiting. We stayed in the Sueno hotel with two golf courses with excellent facilities. Joe and his team looked after us throughout the trip answering any questions and giving us advice on where to eat and shop. Thank you for a wonderful golf trip and will definitely be back.

I booked our golf holiday with Kaden Golf, the booking process went according to plan, Deniz was quick to reply to email etc. Can I just say at this point they were not the cheapest but did offer "free" a box of pro v1s as part of the deal so I agreed. On arrival at the hotel as a token of my appreciation for booking our holiday I took out a presentation box of scotch single malt whisky and 2 matching glasses box set. and specifically asked the driver to give this to Deniz & Katya. We had our holiday and returned home, I thought it was quite strange that Deniz had not messaged me a thanks, for the gift but hey ho. Fast forward to this year I booked with golfturkey.com who were much cheaper than Kaden Golf and an excellent service. When Deniz asked why I didn't ask Kaden to quote I explained about the whisky and would have expected a thank you. Deniz informed me that his Kaden Golf driver stole the whisky and he never received it!!!! I am sure many of you will know Deniz runs the "Golf In Turkey" group on facebook, he refers to always running an "open book" well when he put a "special promotion" on last week I simply pointed out to him tht golfturkey.com are offering the identical deal cheaper, his response was to simply block me from the group and ignore my emails and messages on messenger!!!!! Is that Deniz meaning of an "open book"? Looks to me like very controlling and coercive behaviour? To me an "open book" is a company who advertises their package prices on their website like Bilyana Golf or Golf Turkey or Your Golf Travel, Kaden Golf do not advertise prices, but when you get a quote and point out their rival is cheaper they then price match???? As far as I am concerned with my experience, I would highly recommend that you use golfturkey.com for best value and service or any other provider with a better attitude than Deniz. This account is 100% factual and do not be surprised if Kaden Golf remove this accurate feedback.
