Consistent great service from this company over several years and several orders. Have to single out Nathan in customer service though for giving me such help to sift out some old invoices from past orders in order for me to get some warranty parts - what a great ambassador for a great company. I was impressed by Nathan. I had made an error in my online order and needed it delivered urgently. He helped me to enter the correct details and get the order shipped as soon as possible.
This is now the third problem I’ve had with this order. I ordered three sets of everything, and my plumber has just come to install the third bathroom only to find that the lever is missing for the pop-up waste. There is clearly something wrong with Armitage Shanks’ quality control, as this is the third issue with their items received through Trading Depot. I hoped that Trading Depot would resolve the issue quickly but they haven't replied! I recently discovered I'd made an error in the specific of my order for some hansgrohe taps, and Adam Levy was very helpful and without any prompting been in contact with Hansgrohe technical and called me to talk through my options and how to remedy, this was above and beyond my expectations.
