"Your Order #000598456 I paid extra for Priority Friday Delivery because I specifically needed the item on Friday. Despite paying for this service, my order didn’t arrive until Saturday. Customer service agreed to refund the £3.99 delivery charge, but when I explained I no longer wanted the item because the agreed delivery date had been missed, I was told I would have to pay the return postage myself. I don’t think customers should be left out of pocket or inconvenienced when a retailer fails to provide the delivery service they paid for. The tool itself remains unopened, but the overall experience has been disappointing. Paying extra for a specific delivery day should mean exactly that. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t have chosen this retailer had I known the guaranteed delivery date wouldn’t be met and that returning the item would become my responsibility"

"They used dpd for delivery of which didn't even attempt delivery. Not only was I home all day there is a foyer with delivery bins in the building. Probably got lost and gave up. I paid extra for 48hr delivery and the only solution offered to me was redelivery or refund. No mention of redelivery and refunding the extra I paid for 48hr delivery. Took refund and will never use again while they continue to distribute with dpd."
