I ordered a Safety gate which arrived quickly and efficiently, however, I then realised I needed an extension piece as the doorway is slightly wider than standard. I ordered it and was told via email from the courier that it had been delivered but it hadn't. Probably the courier at fault but obviously I needed to go back to Venture Baby for resolution. I tried numerous times via email and their "contact us" form on website but got no response from either. This is such poor customer service and now I've read a few other reviews I realise this is their MO.

Pote plus potty training product dangerous due to small parts coming off easily and choking hazard Emailed company to complain and was ignored until I put a negative review on their website. I then received a covering their backs email and they deleted my review with no effort to sort the issue

Do not buy from here!!!!! Stroller has broken after only 9 months of use. Emailed them several times and tried to contact on all socials - no response. Number is no longer in use. A stroller should not snap into pieces. Before this is was buckling while my son was in it, again I tried to contact them with no response. Disgusting customer service and company!!!!!

I purchased the nebula stroller earlier this year and recently the inner tubing that supports the hood has torn through the material and is now exposed. I've emailed asking for help to repair or replace- it's a safety issue as my child can pull at it whilst in the stroller, and I'm not happy to continue use while the issue persists. It took weeks to get a response and when I did they just said they were unable to assist me and recommended that I contact a local pram repair service?! Absolutely shocking customer service. Pram less than a year old and used lightly, any issues are due to fault of the product not misuse, so I refuse to pay for repairs.

I've been trying to return my stroller for a month now. I've emailed 6 times and no one will get back to me. Their Instagram and Facebook contacts have been disabled. It looks like they are either shutting down their services or it's terrible customer service. Please be careful before purchasing

I am very disappointed in both the travel cot (Airpod 3) and the company. Upon first use, the zip pull to attach one side of the bassinet to the frame came away instantly, resulting in a wobbly, listing and unsafe cot. I have written to Venture twice about the issue, but received absolutely no response.

Been going here for months with my family now and I wouldn't go elsewhere because the staff are top draw and the food is just to good and affordable for anyone,it's so friendly with lots of people celebrating birthdays and all ages you are so welcomb and there is lots of parking and outside tables available 😊

We are a company distributing goods from China and have had to employ a UK based debt collection company to recover a debt of 690k, yes 690k we supplied goods in Covid and since then this company has avoided all communications for 3 years, they have caused me so many sleepless nights our debt collector Cobra have supplied us with body-cam footage of their visit to our debtor and the debtor admits he sold our goods and put the money in his own pocket, we have instructed debt collector to commence Insolvency proceedings and we will be closing this business down we are also going public by end of friday if they have not paid debtor collector, we havebodycam footage of debt collector to expose these people as it not fair they are classed as a number 1 seller..

So after my stroller arrived I realised a strap had snapped. Was mentally preparing myself for a back and forth email with the company however sent one email with pic and they are already sending a replacement through! Cannot fault the company. The stroller is amazing and so is the customer service! Thank you venture. Will be buying all products from here now!

Was a little skeptical at 1st as I had never heard of the company, but the staff were incredible from start to finish. They found me the holiday I wanted at a price I could afford and even called me to talk me through something when I couldn't figure it out. I will definitely be booking through them again.

The travel cot I bought arrived damaged, clearly used and dangerously flawed for a baby to sleep on. I have emailed the company a number of times to return the product and be issued a refund and have received no response or even an automatic reply to confirm receipt of my emails. They are clearly selling used and damaged products as new.

We bought the Venture car seat protectors and put them in our new car between the car seats and the child seats. Less than a week later I removed them to find they had marked our white leather seats. Nothing we tried could remove the marks and we have now replaced the entire bench. There were no warnings on the website or anywhere else so I complained to Venture. They have stopped responding now but the final email advised “It is the responsibility of the customer to judge the compatibility of our product…”. I asked how I should do this in the absence of any warning and thought a fundamental property of a seat protector is that it should protect your seats! No response other than the product has now been removed from their website. Please avoid this product and this company!

I bought the amazing Nebula pushchair back in April and now just a few days ago I had a little bit of a problem with the seat unit as it stopped reclining, I sent an email to this absolutely lovely company and within a couple of hours I got a response saying I would get a replacement. I got one today, literally next day delivery. I have never dealt with a better company, amazing customer service and I am absolutely in love with this pushchair, it's stylish, modern, lightweight, easy to push and the material is of an amazing quality, I cannot fault it in any aspect. Will definitely buy from Venture again and already spread the word with my friends and family to purchase from them. Lovely experience so I had to leave a lovely review too. Very happy!!!
