"As for the tools, I understand they are more of a DIY type, and I am a contractor. I expect the quality to be lower. I gave 1 star because their customer service is nonexistent. I spent over $1000 on a robot lawnmower, and troubleshooting it is maddening. Many of the issues could be easily solved, but no one is listening to or interacting with me. I don’t know how to move forward besides leaving bad reviews and hoping someone will reach out and pay attention. I’d also like to point out that it is the most backward way in the world to have customer service. do nothing until it might affect your bottom line. Disgusting."
"I ordered a Worx grass trimmer and paid by PayPal. I did not receive a confirmation or order number from Worx so I attempted several times to contact Worx, no response. I opened a case with PayPal requesting a refund and have received nothing. Do not buy from Worx."
"Just received my pole chain saw, absolutely the worst set of directors I've ever seen. Thinking about returning it before I begin"
"I've spent a lot of time selecting a lawnmower and decided on a Worx... until I read the warranty policy. No local service center, shipping costs paid by customer, etc... it's designed to minimize cost for the company, at the expense of the customer. With such a policy, once you buy the product, it becomes a disposable item, because it's expensive and inconvenient with long delays the minute something goes wrong. Sure, this policy can apply for a cheap disposable toaster, but not for a more expensive product. It's off my list now."
"Worx 37cm 40 V 2 battery lawn mower: Please read to the end for updated experience: Pretty awful tool registration wb page experience. Only three stars due to being unable to claim the so called extra guarantee due to poor web design. Be aware that this lawnmower is technically enhanced to increase power output to tackle the tougher parts of the lawn so the up to 550 square metre of lawn that can be mowed may only managed 200 sq m. Of tough going. Smaller, lighter cuts may go further Good job I had not dumped my old Bosch electric mower so I could finish the job. Not a good start! UPDATE three mows on and the machine is delivering good power output and long battery life on a higher mow. The first mow was on no.2 height on tough over wintered grass. Second mow raised to no.3 and still did not finish cutting my lawn Third mow raised to no.4! This was a typical summer mow, dry grass, lots of tall flowering grass. Only cut two bins full, but lawn looks great and the batteries showing only two fifths used. The machine had ran for a good hour. Just a pity the web site is not functioning to get he extended warranty."

"landroid mower, very expensive, total failure after only a few months. then repeated attempts to repair under warranty, with the unit returned each time either damaged or with new faults present. definetly some flaws in the designs, but the after sales service is just appaling given the high price of the products."
"I bought a Worx cordless strimmer on the 03/05/26 I’am really happy with the item , but could not register the guarantee on line …the code was not recognised. I emailed Worx customer service on the 04/05/26 explaining my situation trying to register the product, I gave the item serial number & sent a picture of the receipt & so far a week later & I still haven’t had a reply…disappointing"
"Appalling customer service. After a quick buck on the sale and will then just duck out of warranty. Do not buy"
"Pressure washer stopped working after just over one year... submitted warranty claim and have been waiting for over a month since they received the faulty unit back. No replacement has arrived or been shipped. Constantly chasing for udpates and nothing. They refuse to just refund me... stuck with no pressure washer or refund."

"I have a few worx tools but recently my trusty drill began to smoke.. even though it was way out of warranty I had good response to repair issues before with them.. so I called and was well treated by a lady! That I was extremely surprised and very thankful to them is to say the least..kind of feeling guilty about the results .. she replaced my discontinued model with a better one and added a battery to boot.. I don’t know what to do I don’t want to get her in trouble but feel that I should have been charged something.. thank you worx people and if there are satisfactions and recommendations beyond five stars I do here give them to you."
"Bought a strimmer following reviews (obviously many fake ones) and very disappointed. Firstly it has only one string where most others have two. Battery takes ages to charge and lasts barely 20 minutes. The strimmer is very underpowered and slow compared to my old one which was a cheap buy from Homebase. I’ve reverted back to the old one for the time being. I used to have a Stihl petrol and I think I’ll go back to Stihl in the future. I sent the Worxs back to Amazon immediately after first use and got a refund. Won’t buy Worxs again."
"Poor quality and poor customer service. My WORX strimmer failed in under 5 years, which is simply not good enough in my opinion. I look after my tools, and I’ve got other brands that have lasted more than a decade, so I expected a lot better from WORX. What made it worse was the lack of interest from the company when I contacted them. They didn’t seem remotely bothered, which is extremely frustrating when you’ve spent money on a product from a brand that claims to offer quality and reliability. For me, this has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend WORX based on the durability of the product or the after-sales support."

"If it was possible to give zero i would, I bought a strimmer with 2 batteries and charger at 10.30 this morning. It took 4 hours to charge the 1st battery, I used the strimmer for 15 minutes and put the same battery on charge at 4.30pm this afternoon. Its still charging now at 8.20pm... What a load crap, im returning it tomorrow"
"My battery just can't seem to manage a full charge; it barely lasts 10 minutes! And can you believe this? The device is practically brand new, only seven months old! So, I contacted the company, and they put me through a whole circus of tests to figure out if the issue was the battery or the charger. In the end, after all that fuss, they decide they can't figure it out, so now I get to shell out money for diagnostic fees and shipping plus handling. Then, their engineers will take a look. If they discover that either the battery or the charger is damaged, they’ll replace it—but only after I cough up for the diagnostic fees and shipping plus handling. If both turn out to be just fine, they’ll send them back to me, but guess what? I have to pay those lovely diagnostic fees and shipping plus handling again. What a charming way for a company to treat its customers! So, in response to this delightful experience, I found a brand new saw with both the charger and battery that some other customer ordered but never picked up. The box was still sealed up tight like it was fresh off the assembly line. Naturally, I bought it with cash and, just a couple of hours later, returned it as defective. No fees for me! Honestly, this has to be the most absurd scheme I’ve ever encountered from a company trying to wring money out of consumers. So here’s my little gift to you, Worx: today I found a new charger and battery that were ordered by someone else who just couldn't be bothered to pick them up. I rolled up, bought it with cash, and then took the time to return it as defective. Now it's on its way back to you. Have a wonderful day!"

"Have a blower and weed eater. Both less than 3 years old. None of the batteries will charge or hold a charge. They cost almost as much as the new tool to replace. Would not recommend these products as the batteries are no good."

"Today I made my second call to Worx to sort out a replacement impact driver, the one I bought in August having developed a fault. The first call in October was forwarded to the warranty department, they didn't ring back as arranged. Today I phoned in again and was requested to email Worx about the issue, I told them I had all details to hand and didn't want to email. Just received an email saying they couldn't track their own order number. The number was correct and I sent evidence back to them to support this. Worx customer service appears to be chaotic , I'll post an update to show how this warranty claim develops"

"I have purchased at least $1,500. Of power tools and lawnmower. I power tools work good as a homeowner. The lawnmower is only half as good as gas lawnmower. The biggest complaint is costumer service."
"We bought a WH349 pole saw. The unit worked well, the issue described by other users of the chain needing frequent tightening turned out to be correct, however we found it to be manageable. Unfortunately, when moving the pole in the garage one of the plastic connectors of the pole assembly broke. Worx does not sell any of those parts, so the $180 unit has to be scraped for a probably $1 part not being available. Sad!"
"In order for them to stand by their warranty, I have to keep a copy of the rcpt for the life of the warranty. Battery died a 14 months after purchase (used the fan once). . Clearly this is a cop out."
"Bought trimmer 20years ago and love it does all i ask it to do . This year batterys going bad but instead of buying new batteries I bought new trimmer and blower combo what a mistake the first week I used trimmer found out it was a piece of shit so I used the old trimmer with new batteries second week I tried the blower which ran for about 5 minutes and quit so it went in trash 🗑 so I will use old trimmer with new batteries till it quit then look for another company to buy from. Thank you for nothing"
