i did play the free spin and add the 10 euros, my winnings go to 120 and when i try to collect them only 50 was available and then nothing, so they take my money but do not recognize the people winnings, nice business, and after chat with somebody from the company they log me out. the transaction i made was with my debit card, it was 10 and then 14, why now you need my cel number, to discuss what, to convince who, the guy was pretty clear, he says go to history and you will see the records and then log me out of the program, so if y loose i have to cry in silence but if i win you don't pay and instead to look it up in your program you want to talk with me. today they answer is call costumer support, i said action talk louder than voice, where is my money! i did create an account to play, i did talk with customer support after the incident, you guys block my account and log me out after talking to me, what you want from me, i put my money i play i win and the money disappears, now you say that you don't know what happen in you program, nice.
