"We paid them in advance because we trusted their promises. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Even after 5 months, they managed to complete only 2 marketplace listing. To make matters worse, we later discovered that even one listing had not been completed properly due to the negligence of one of their employees. Throughout the project, there were no proper updates, no transparency, and no progress reports unless we kept following up. Every time we asked for a status update, we received excuses and promotional promises instead of actual work. When we finally requested a refund because of the lack of progress, they refused, claiming that "most of the work is already complete," which was completely untrue. Our experience was that they are very good at making promises before taking payment, but once the advance is received, communication and accountability disappear. I would not recommend their services to anyone. If you're considering working with them, be very careful about paying in advance.."
